These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of this website and the purchase of services from BITBASKET TECHNOLOGIES, a sole proprietorship owned by Divyam Dinesh Solanki, having its registered and operating office at Shop No. 14, Arihant Tower, Mahavir Peth, Near Alibag Bank, Karjat, Raigad, Maharashtra 410201, India (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By browsing this website, requesting a proposal, or making a payment, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Refund and Cancellation Policy, and the Shipping and Delivery Policy.

1. Services

We provide professional services: website design and development, custom web applications, mobile application development, and software support and maintenance. Services are described on the Services page and confirmed in a written proposal, quotation, statement of work, or invoice (the “Order”).

We do not sell physical goods as a standard offering. If a specific Order includes hardware, that will be stated in writing, including cost and delivery terms.

2. Eligibility and customer information

You confirm that you are authorised to enter into a contract, that the information you provide is accurate, and that you will keep your contact details current until the Order is closed.

3. Pricing and payment

1. Prices are in United States Dollars (USD) as published on the Pricing page or as stated in the Order. The standard hourly rate is USD 30. A fixed-price contract, if created, may use a different rate or a lump-sum total. Starting prices are indicative; the Order price is binding.
2. Unless the Order says otherwise, 50% of the Order value is payable in advance to commence work, and the balance is payable on delivery. Larger projects may use written milestones.
3. Work does not start, and delivery dates do not run, until the applicable advance or milestone is received in our account.
4. Online payments may be collected through Razorpay or another payment aggregator named on the invoice or payment link. Card, UPI, net banking and other methods shown at checkout are provided by the aggregator, not by us directly.
5. We do not store your card number, CVV or full card data on our systems.
6. Bank conversion charges, card issuer fees and foreign exchange differences are payable by you.
7. BITBASKET TECHNOLOGIES is not registered under GST as of 22 August 2026. If tax becomes applicable, it will be disclosed on the invoice before payment is collected.

4. Delivery of services

Delivery is electronic, as set out in the Shipping and Delivery Policy. Timelines in an Order are estimates unless expressly called a guaranteed date. Delays caused by late feedback, missing content, third-party accounts, app-store review, or force majeure extend the timeline by the same period.

5. Customer responsibilities

You will provide content, brand assets, access credentials, feedback and approvals within the periods stated in the Order. You warrant that materials you supply do not infringe third-party rights and are lawful to use.

6. Intellectual property

Until the Order is paid in full, all work product remains our property. On receipt of full payment, we assign to you the deliverables described in the Order, excluding third-party libraries, fonts, stock assets, tools and our pre-existing methods, which are licensed as needed to use the deliverables. We may reuse generic know-how and non-confidential patterns.

7. Acceptance

You have 7 calendar days from delivery notice to report material defects against the Order. If you do not report defects in that period, or if you use the deliverables in production, the Order is accepted. Minor polish items may be handled under a support plan.

8. Warranties and limitation

Services are provided with reasonable skill and care. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation of third-party platforms, app stores, hosting providers or payment gateways. Our aggregate liability for an Order is limited to the fees paid to us for that Order in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, loss of profit, or data loss, except where liability cannot be limited under Indian law.

9. Prohibited use

You will not use our services for unlawful activity or for business categories that payment aggregators in India refuse to support. We may refuse or terminate an Order if continued performance would break the law or our payment partner rules.

10. Customer support and disputes

Support is available at divyamsolanki9@gmail.com and +91 77199 55888 during business hours stated on the Contact Us page. Complaints follow the Grievance Redressal process. Chargebacks should be discussed with us first; we will share Order records with the payment aggregator as required.

11. Cancellation and refunds

Cancellation and refunds are governed exclusively by the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

12. Website use

This website is provided for information about our services. Content may change without notice. You may not copy the site for commercial use, introduce malware, or scrape the site in a way that impairs its operation.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Karjat / Raigad, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to the grievance process above.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change. The version in force when you pay applies to that payment.
