BITBASKET TECHNOLOGIES supplies software development services. There is no catalogue of physical products and no courier dispatch in the ordinary course of business. This policy describes how services and digital deliverables are provided, including to customers outside India. Payment aggregators require a shipping / delivery policy even for digital services.

1. Mode of delivery

Deliverables are provided electronically, by one or more of:

• Email to the address on the Order
• Shared cloud folder or file link
• Git repository (GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket or similar) with access granted to you
• Staging or production URL, with credentials sent separately
• Scheduled video call for walkthroughs and consulting

Shipping cost for standard Orders is USD 0 (zero). There is no handling fee for electronic delivery.

2. Delivery timelines

• Custom projects (websites, web apps, mobile apps): delivery date is the date in the written Order. Typical ranges are published on the Pricing page and start after the advance payment is received and after we have the materials we need from you.
• Prepaid packaged digital items (if an invoice is only for a defined file pack with no custom build): access is sent within 1 business day of payment confirmation.
• Support and maintenance: availability during business hours from the plan start date, which is the later of payment confirmation and the date stated on the invoice.

Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays observed in Maharashtra, India.

3. International customers

The same electronic delivery methods apply to customers outside India. There is no customs clearance, import duty or international courier charge for standard digital delivery. You are responsible for your own internet access, app-store developer accounts, and any tax in your country.

Commercial prices and invoices are in United States Dollars (USD). If your bank converts the charge into another currency, that conversion is not a shipping fee charged by us.

4. Courier and physical shipment

We do not use a courier service for source code or documents as a default. If an Order expressly includes physical items (for example a device for testing), the Order will state:

• Courier name (for example India Post, DTDC, or another service agreed in writing)
• Shipping cost in USD, paid by you unless the Order says otherwise
• Dispatch timeline (typically 3–7 business days after the item is ready)
• Delivery estimate within India (typically 5–10 business days after dispatch) or internationally (typically 10–21 business days after dispatch, subject to customs)

Risk in physical goods passes on handover to the courier. Provide a complete, Google-verifiable delivery address. We do not ship to PO boxes unless agreed in the Order.

5. Failed or delayed delivery

If you do not receive electronic access within the timeline above, write to divyamsolanki9@gmail.com with the payment ID. We will resend access within 1 business day of verifying the payment. Refunds, if applicable, follow the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

App-store review times, domain registrar delays, and third-party API approval are not within our dispatch control and can extend go-live beyond code handover.
