What we build

Each job is custom. There is no product catalogue. You receive a proposal with scope, timeline and price before work starts.

Website development

Business sites, brochure sites and content-managed sites: structure, pages, forms and handover so you can keep the site running.

Service details

Web applications

Internal tools and customer-facing software: logins, dashboards, workflows and API connections, with source code on delivery.

Service details

Mobile applications

Android, iOS or cross-platform apps for a defined first release, plus store-listing support and later updates if you keep a support plan.

Who this is for

We take on defined software work for businesses that want a named developer, a written contract and clear USD pricing.

  • Companies that need a public website or a first version of an app
  • Teams that already know the problem and need it built, not a large consulting slide deck
  • Overseas clients who want to pay in USD and receive digital handover
  • Existing products that need maintenance, bug fixes or small features

How you can hire us

Two commercial models. Both are billed in USD. The signed proposal decides which one applies.

Hourly — $30 / hour

Time and materials. Hours are logged against the agreed work. Suitable when the scope may change week to week.

Fixed-price contract

A lump-sum USD total for a locked scope. The $30 rate does not automatically apply. Scope changes are quoted separately.

How work is delivered

The same sequence on every project. Dates start after the advance (or first milestone) is received and after we have the materials we need from you.

1. Scope

Requirements, timeline and price are confirmed in a proposal before development starts.

2. Pay to start

Hourly work may start against a retainer. Fixed contracts usually take 50% to begin.

3. Build and review

You see progress on a staging site or test build. Revisions stay inside the written scope.

4. Handover

Source code, credentials and notes are delivered digitally. Support can continue monthly.

Tools we commonly use

The stack is chosen for the job, not forced. Typical tools include:

  • HTML, CSS, JavaScript
  • React
  • Node.js
  • REST APIs
  • Android
  • iOS
  • Flutter / React Native
  • Git
  • Cloud hosting

Typical project types

We do not sell a vertical product. These are the kinds of briefs we usually take.

Company websites

Public site with services, pricing, contact and the policy pages a payment provider expects.

Operations software

Internal dashboards, enquiry tracking, simple CRMs and staff-facing tools.

Customer apps

Booking, catalogues, accounts and notifications as a first mobile or web release.

Store and listing work

Play Store / App Store assets, builds and resubmission support when you own the developer account.

Integrations

Connecting a site or app to payment, email, maps or another API named in the scope.

Care and fixes

After launch: bugs, dependency updates and small changes on an hourly or monthly plan.
